Upgrade Crankset Madone 4.5

Hi All,
I would like to upgrade my Crankset on my Madone 4.5, it has Shimano R 533 triple at the mo and I just want to swap that to 105, exactly the same configuration. Is it just a straight swap?
And how easy is it to do.
