Saddle Question

Might be the in wrong section, but I'm selling a bontrager evoke saddle on ebay that came stock with a trek. Someones messaged me asking what size frame it's from because the saddles differ in size according to frame size. Is this rubbish? I can't imagine them making the saddles in different sizes, but this guy is adamant that it will be a certain size. Doesn't really bother me, I just want to know who is right ha, thanks in advance.

    They can be. Taller riders can have wider sit bones so a wider saddle could be fitted.

    So I would just tell him the frame size.
