Dt Swiss am 1900 rear wheel bearing replacement

I currently have a canyon nerve am that comes with the above wheel set. I have a fair amount of play now in the rear wheel and cannot find a bearing kit anywhere and im also unable to find out how to remove/replace the bearings!
