How do you relocate a Sora shifter on the handlebar ?

Ive peeked under the rubber of the hoods and im not sure as to how id move my sora shifters to a different position on the bars, anyone know how its done and does it involve a re-wrap of the bars ?

Id like to try the shifter mounting position which Cav had on his Scott HTC Highroad bike.

    youtube it, lots of videos there, i thought it would be difficult but actually very very easy

    +1 its dead easy to do - undo one bolt with allen key , re-locate and retighten - but will almost defo need to re-wrap bar tape (again that's easy there are loads of good video on u-tube etc).
