Nice touch, Frank. I was laid up last year after crashing in a race just in time to watch the tour. FFS do not do what I did and eat nachos and drink beer for a fortnight, talk about Catholic guilt when I (a) got back on the bike and (b) Got back on the scales.0

had hoped to be put on garden leave until the branch closes but no such luck still wont be doing much in the office and the live feeds worked for the Giro.

Mate, I've been off the bike since my op at the start of May. I've been a "good lad" and even managed to stay out the pub. Weighed myself yesterday and I've managed to keep the weight gain down to 1.5Kg.
