Deleting Garmin Rides

Hi
I have a Garmin 200. Is there not a quick way to delete my rides, other than scrolling through them individually? This is so tedious, it's about 4 button presses needed to delete each ride, and I've accumulated about 30 so far. :?
Savoie between the Glandon and the Madeleine.

    Connect to your pc via USB and delete them directly
