Advice needed on fork options

Ok, scenario is I have a Giant Yukon FX2 as my spare bike which I am steadily improving, I have changed the rubbish Dart forks and currently have 120mm RS Tora's sl302 forks on the bike which was prior to fork change, 100mm travel front & Back (obv now 120mm F 100mm R). I have recently purchased a 2nd hand set of RS recon Silver TK forks with 100mm travel but at the current moment I do not know whether to keep the Toras on or change to the 100mm recons?
Weight is an issue with the stock bike so am looking at weight saving, cant say I have noticed that the current set up has changed the handling etc. What I am aiming to do is to use the Yukon for more trail stuff and keep my other bike (Anthem) for more XC stuff.
Cheers

The SL may well be lighter than the Recon - in fact I am pretty sire it is, and I'd keep that on. Performance is nigh on identical.0

Thanks Supersonic, even with it being 120mm on a 100mm frame? would 120mm upset the geometry much in your opinion? sorry for asking that Im no MTB expert so dont notice any changes to be fair! lol0

If you can't feel it, then no problems ;-). I am pretty sure that is within the warranty too, though always worth checking.
I often run more fork travel on my FS bikes - afterall, we run more on hardtails lol.0 -
Thanks for response, would I contact Giant direct to find this out?0

Yep, or any dealer.0
