Replacing Shimano screws/bolts.

I posted here a while ago asking for info about replacement screws for derailleur hi/lo limit screws and the like.

Got some great replies which were very helpful indeed, but...is it possible to get these replacements in a better grade material, such as titanium or something more heavy duty, as the standard screws are like cheese when used with a decent screwdriver?
