Sometimes things go wrong but some companies do their best to put it right

Sat: ordered seatpost
Mon: seatpost despatched
Tues: seatpost delivered, unfortunately it was the wrong size
Wed: posted it back to ss
Thurs: seatpost back at ss, postage refunded and another seatpost despatched
Fri: new seatpost delivered, fitted on bike, out to play

Nice work Dave

Btw the simple seatpost is very good quality. It may not suit the weight weenies but the quality is excellent, at least as good as some Ive had from RF/FSA etc costing twice as much. Looks deadly in chrome as well

A simple mistake at Superstar. I imagine the person who picked the first one mustve been dazzled by the chrome finish.

Two bags of Haribo as well nom nom nom

Mistakes happen, it's how they get sorted out that's important.
