...but you were still able to walk about normally, what would you do and where would you go with no-one to stop you?

This thread is too complicated for the average roadie.

You need something more simple, or involving more sex.

I have always had this recurring dream/ idea since childhood that I could freeze time, yet still be able to walk about and do things normally...

It would be great for impromptu naps, bike rides and other such things when there just arent enough hours in the normal day

If someone could just invent such a device and let me know please.

I'd rob a bank and buy myself a new bike.

I would replace the stolen money with bags of haribo to ensure that they would blame Wiggle.

Definitely get out on my bike. Question - do we continue to age? If not, it'll be 6 or 7 hour bike rides every day.

Can people feel/remember what you do to them whilst time is frozen?

If you don't put them back exactly as they were before, would they realise?

In my bizarre little fantasy, everyone else is frozen in time and consciousness, so totally unaware, but I can touch and pick things up etc...

I used to imagine sneaking onto planes for free holidays! I think they do head counts though, so probably wouldn't work in reality!

    There's a book about that:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Fermata

"However, instead of becoming rich or a diabolic criminal, Strine becomes an elaborate voyeur. He stops time so that he can see women naked, and eventually creates scenarios that he can watch after he allows time to start again."

Check out The Magic Boomerang. Used to watch it when I was a kid. Unfortunately time didn't stand still and I got old.

I must be missing something here - stealing a bike is theft but stealing money isn't? How does that work then?

how long would it be frozen for?

could you use vehicles to drive around or would they be frozen too?

would everything be covered in ice (if they were frozen)
