clear race cape recommendations

After last nights deluge and the way the summer seems to be shaping up I'm looking for a lightweight waterproof (showerproof?) clear cape for racing in - something that will keep me relatively dry and my race number can be seen under but not some boil in the bag effort. Any recommendations?

    Nalini malachite-waterproof, good fit, and doesn't look like a parachute!

    that wasn't even on my shortlist (based on ribble/crc stock)! Thought I'd narrowed it down to endura adrenaline or castalli sottile. Gonna take a look now, thanks :)
