    Number 1 is poor with harsh, flat, unnatural lighting

    Number 2 is a cheesy zoom+flash effect that even a 1st year GCSE photography student would be ashamed of.

    It is Sa Calabra yeah, I met a coach coming the other way descending that section Wiggins is pictured on there!

    Nah number 2 isn't even that good it's just a gausian blur done in gimp or photoshop.
