the benefit of going on the red on the straight to drop into the bank is negated by the meter or two extra you do. The drop is so minimal anyway. We tried this and did not see any difference in times.Some teams do it some dont, not many individuals do it and certainly not sprint TT's that I have seen. Maybe you can enlighten me how to make use of it :-)
