Which of these 4 bikes should I buy??? Help!!

I'm getting a new bike because my 12 year old carrera Vulcan has had its day. I want a new bike for XC more than road use. Can anyone tell me which of the four bikes I've narrowed it down to is best value for money.
I can get 10% off at halfords so there is 3 options for me there. I was gonna just get a new Vulcan but then others caught my eye and now I'm in a dilemma. I'm 6ft 2 and 95 kg so I need a good quality bike for off road use
Here are my 4 options

1. Carrera kraken £405

2. Carrera Vulcan £342

3. Voodoo hoodoo £405

4. Diamondback response sport 2011 £350 (this seems to be best value)

Rockrider 8.1
Voohoo Hoodoo
Diamondback as shown above?

Rockrider & Vodoo look good. I's go to see one, stand over it & if possible take it on a spin around the car park. Both good bikes, you need to think about getting the right size now.
