TFIF!

Miserable day once again. Today I have to plan my route back to Bury so I can collect my car tomorrow. The garage had better take credit card, otherwise they can keep it!
Minion is off again today, but I'm hoping it won't be too bad. It's been a busy week, but a 'good' busy.

Anywho, tea and frosties await!

    Morning bumders

At 12.15 I shall be free!!! At least until results come out and I have to start revising for resits anyway  So exam today will be followed swiftly by a few drinks in the bar, bit of food, few more drinks, bit more food, few more drinks and then see how long I last into the evening.

    Tomorrow morning shall be interesting...

    Greetings Maggots,

It's cold here, a brisk 4ºC but I am wearing shorts, t=shirt and no shoes :¬) plus the house has tiled floors
Today is a day of laze, so nothing on the cards other than sorting out phones and catching up with old comrades.

It is indeed Friday. I have the planet x in the car as again I don't fancy a solo ride through the forest with the high winds and bits off tree blowing all over the place.
Overall today will be meh, as I need to go through the two piles of filing on my desk whilst doing everything else that a team of five should be doing.

    Morning Turd burglars,

Awoke to the sound of rain yet again. I had to drag myself to the peasant wagon stop this morning. Busses are shyte at the best of time but it gave me ample opportunity to start reading the Game of Thrones book. pretty interesting so far! I think I’m going to enjoy this one.
Mrs A needs the car for two job interviews today. Fingers crossed she gets one of these as the income is looking bleak now she doesn’t get student loan.

This evening will be spent cleaning all the movey bits on the bike in anticipation of good weather for the weekend! :?

Second day commuting on my 29er and I've got to say it's really good. Bit too much flex in the back wheel though.

Anyway, bit too much of a lie in as the kids were still asleep at 8am, I usually rely on them getting me up around 6:30ish so late start = late finish, not good on a Friday.

    Morning all,

Miserable day here in Cambridge again, stuck in an office so not too bad. Going to look at a cheap road frame when I am on lunch break today, going super cheap, but it's very old style, going to give that a go so I at least have a road bike to ride pretty soon.

Enjoy your day guys, have a good weekend!

    afternoon
Came 9th in the jumping comp last night, not surprising being as Trevor is twice the size of the rest of the competition and the jumps were way too close together. Still, another rosette for the collection.

So.. I bank with Natwest and today is pay day. Fail.
This afternoon will consist of mostly being panicked and trying to do everything before 4pm
Then I get to go home and... panic and try to do everything before TFN arrives.
The weekend is supposed to consist of fajitas, Peaks ride, music fest or dinner and a movie, Cannock, B&Q, hanging mirrors, visiting the rentals house to make sure it's still there, cleaning bikes....

Better get back and grind that stone.

    I know, right.
I think they only broadcast series 1 here in the UK. I watched it ages ago and got hooked, then never heard anything else about it.
Since everything I've been watching on telly recently has finished for now, I decided to get Breaking Bad on DVD
There's actually 5 seasons, the fifth (final) one starting in the US next month, so I'm told.
