Here's what some of the riders form last years event said:
Ian, let me say well done on organising a great event, well run, good challenging route without being silly hard. Good feed and atmosphere!
Well done again and looking forward to doing your ‘wild’ ride again
Steve Lampier
SigmaSport Specialized.
I would just like to thank you and everyone involved in the running of yesterdays excellent event.
I’ve done a number of sportives this year and this was by far the best organized, and it had a great old school feel to it.
The route was well signed and set in beautiful countryside, with the bonus of riding on the wheel of Steve Lampier for a few miles.
I hope you plan on running the event next year as I’m sure through word of mouth the numbers will grow.
The best £10 I’ve ever spent on cycling.

Just like to thank you and your team for an excellent day out,i have completed over 20 sportives in the last 2 years and yours stands out as my favourite ,managed to get a tow off a few of your team mates who also added to the enjoyment, great work, and grub all for a tenner fantastic.all the best

Great event really enjoyed it. I ride quite a few sportives and this ranks at the top . Unbelievable value for the money compared with some of the established companies ( wiggle / southern sportive / kilotogo ) the feed station was stocked to the rafters.
Great to get a result email so quickly as you did not use electronic timing. I will recommend this ride to more members of Treads Cycle Club and get some more of them to enter next year.

Just a few lines to say many thanks for a great event. Weather, course, nice people, and a pub at the end!
"Bliss" and we will be back next year. Despite that hill in Rockingham!!

The event yesterday was hugely enjoyable. A very well planned route on good roads with little traffic, some challenging hills, pleasant and helpful people at the start and feed stops, and generally a much more relaxed atmosphere than at some other events. You even managed to get the best out of the weather before the heavens opened again.
Many thanks for organising such a great event. The course was well thought out and on good quiet roads. The organisation and running of the event was very smooth and there was a good level of support. Organise the weather to be the same next year and the entries will come flooding in.
Many thanks for this, today was excellent and very interesting as I seem to have covered a lot of the route from the other direction on other events.
The route was very challenging in parts and a joy in others, Rockingham Hill was more than expected.
The facilities were excellent and all helpers were very friendly and supportive, so for a first event you get a big thumbs up from me and when will you accept bookings for 2012.
Cheers, Andrew
Great ride today, well worth the trip over from Norwich.
The sun shone all day, no punctures and met lots of nice people. I'll
certainly recommend the ride to my friends for next year.
Thanks to all who gave up their time to make the ride run so smoothly.
Special mention for the food stop one of the best I've experienced forfacilities and variety of nutrition.

Please thank everybody involved in the great event you put on today
I will be telling everybody what a top ride they missed!!!!
Here's to the next one

Well done on putting on a fantastic event. It was as well organised
as the Peterborough 100; very slick indeed and a great way of putting PCC in the spotlight.
You sure picked an unrelenting course. The Wild route never seemed to offer any respite, but that was excellent preparation for my 12 hr in three weeks' time, which might seem quite easy in comparison!
Andy Baird
I'd like to congratulate you and the members of Peterborough Cycling Club on providing a fantastic sportive today, excellent course with lovely weather - just brilliant.
Delighted to see that you got a good entry and hope that you can make this an annual event.
