The dissenter is every human being at those moments of his life when he resigns
momentarily from the herd and thinks for himself.

For once, I agree with you.
Science adjusts it’s beliefs based on what’s observed.
Faith is the denial of observation so that Belief can be preserved

The fact that one of them may or may not be married to someone whom you obviously find attractive has absolutely no bearing on whether or not Mumford and sons are sh@t or not.

They are dreadful, whoever they happen to be with.

Are you in year 9 or year 10?

Not a comment on their musical ability. Somewhat anodyne for my taste.

Now you're making sense! - like middle class boys trying to play at being The Pogues, they can play their instruments but then so can the The Pet Shop boys...

For all the Mumford fans out there, you need to check out my friends band 'Sootytern'. They recorded this just using a digital camera, no effects or anything, some funny little guitar things and a cave. The acoustics from the cave are amazing!

As opposed to Shane MacGowan himself, who didn't need the "trying to" bit. Went to the same public school (Westminster) as Nick Clegg, y'know.

Wikipedia:"MacGowan earned a literature scholarship and was accepted into Westminster School, a renowned English public school close to the Houses of Parliament. He was found in possession of drugs and was expelled in his second year"

Redemption for the school then, must have gone downhill after that. Any man who gives up his teeth in the way McGowan did but still got plenty o'burds has to be saluted!
