Are there any route guides out like they provide for the tour with times for various roads/junctions?

its a tough one to judge. iirc when i watched the test event in ripley they were there in 40 mins of starting.

just found http://www.rbcvs.org.uk/images/2012road_race_newsletter.pdf which shows esitmates for section times.
