Best Cycling Jersey

Can't seem to find any good info on this although i'm sure its been done to death.
I'm looking to spend around 35. I've looked at a couple of options such as the DHB one and chinese copies (any good btw), but none really floating my boat. Any suggestions and is the extra money for Rapha/Assos worth it?
Much love

Get over to http://www.prendas.co.uk/ or http://www.probikekit.com/ as they both usually have some good stuff at decent prices. Mick & Andy at Prendas (I am not affiliated to them in any way other than as a very satisfied regular customer) are also excellent at ensuring you get the right size.
Rapha and Assos are not worth the silly price tags IMO but some people love the stuff.
My current favourite jersey is one I bought in Italy and it has Chanti wine stuff written all over it. Mrs Madoc bought me a nice Colomba merino blend retro jersey for Christmas which is pretty nice too.
Like I said the choice is huge. . .... DHB? Well it's a bit bland when there's so much else out there.
Edit: plus 1 for prendas and PBK
Torm - No competition.
I have a multitude of polyester jerseys and Torm stops all over them for comfort.
I have a few Rapha jerseys. They are a little bit better than the Torm but not what double the price would indicate.
That said, I prefer the Rapha but if you are on a budget the answer is simple - Torm.
Looked at the Torm stuff. Tried sportwool and i just hate it. Hate merino as well. Just that tiny bit of itch and it does my tree in.

I understand the itch thing but I have not experienced it with either sportswool or quality merino.
Anyway, you got what you wanted. Result! :P
