Mtb route and hire London

I will be working in London during the Olympics and I will have a few days off. I wondered if their are any easy trails around with hire, its needs to be easy due to work commitments and the need of not getting any injuries!

Bike shop at Swinley hires out bikes, and it's pretty easy, anything from fireroads through singletrack to the odd more advanced section.
