Mehning Losers!
Housemate woke me this morning 30 mins before my alarm was due to sound, when he kicked out the whench that he'd brought home, and then turned the dishwasher on  He may as well have put a Slipknot cd on in my room, it's stupidly loud!
Anywho, another relatively calm day ahead. Not heard from the garage about my alternator, meaning I can't collect it till Saturday now. Great.

Tea will help me get through.

Laters!

    Greeting Maggots,

Well today I fly out to the Dark Continent where I will be for about a year or so. The good news is I have an MTB there, so back into some riding routine soon.
It's also winter there and bearing in mind that it's the Southern Hemisphere and closer to the South Pole than it is to the equator, I shall be freezing my nuts off in a winter that makes English winters appear mild

So, wishing you all a pleasant day and I shall enjoy my journey on the TGV and then on an A380.

Bon Boyvagee, or whatever they say in France. Pack a jumper.

    Mornin' snowballers,

Today is mostly office work in prep for an annual review. Wheee.
Tonight is out with friends. Inbetween, there will be coffee, tea and biscuits. And possibley changing a headlight bulb on a Golf. And some emailing. See the kind of rock 'n' roll lifestyle I lead? Full on, I tells ya.

Onwards! To coffee! And Word based japery. Word.

    Good luck Raymondavalon

Today is pain after yesterday seeing if it was possible to commute home (35 miles) on the singlespeed road bike, it turns out it is, but it hurts (time 1.47) and then back in on it today!

Work is going downhill fast today!

    morning all,

3 call outs already this morning - 2 i couldn't fix as i need parts and the 3rd there was feck all wrong with it.

ah well, now i can relax and make out that i'm ordering parts

i went for possibly the worst ride of my life last night, went for a bit of an explore in some local woods and ended up in what can only be described as a bramble forest - i'm scrammed to feck and i've ripped my new club jersey and the riding was poo as well :x

    Morning mongs
Today I am all confused as last night the other half managed to trip over the washing basket that she'd left next to the bed, nearly knocking herself out in the process. This was clearly my fault as I didn't turn the light on, even though she turned it off :?
Anyway I've got three meetings at 10.00, the first arranged by me and the other two by others in two different places. Again I'm confused as I cannot translocate :? There's been the usual threat of redundancy if I don't attend so maybe I'll just accept.

    This was clearly my fault

I find that is often 'clearly my fault' too.... I have also noticed that it is usually more 'clearly my fault' the week before the painters are in...

    Gudday....

Great ride last night with the guys, saw a bunch of roadies we know doing a race so we stopped at the pub half way round the circuit and shouted random abuse as they all beasted themselves... then we all felt super hard after beers & destroyed the trails on the way home... at least it seemed like that.

    More coffee needed
A berm? were you expecting one?

Work is... well, w@nk if I'm honest. Got a lot to do so at least I'm busy for a change.
Later I'll be thinking about biking while doing ALL THE CHORES and trying to decide between Cannock or the Peaks on Saturday...
Oh and I'm waiting for a phone call so I can pay the rest of the balance on the Morzine trip. Most excellent!

good maoning jockeys of the sausage,

well been asked to attend a meeting by the "powers that be" at work 2mora, not only does this eat in "me time" but also cuts my day/nights off down to 3 nights and 4 days, means i can have nice ride in tho, :) anyhoo bit of bacons for breakkie and can't decide between chippy or a stroll down to mc'ds......and then cut the grass at the back and wash the mongoose, she's been neglected of late the poor girl. looking more like a trip to yankland with shovels and cableties is needed

    Worro Scuttlers

Well Amy hasn't arrived by tuesday as promised, this means a very angry and disappointed Gazlar has taken to opening a case with ebay. I get the feeling the seller didn't want to sell at the price it sold at as they now have 2 listed at 950 quid, and this one may have gone missing. I hope i am wrong but looking increasingly like getting my cash back. I shall give it a week and a bit longer.

dunno what to do today, might go for a ride tommorrow, just feeling pretty shitey that it appears i've been ripped off, or at least its been attempted and therefore cba. might have a walk up coffee #1 and have cheesecake

    Afternoon Gimps,

Spent the morning looking round schools for junior then doing applications for their exams, so nout exciting but it's got to be done. Will be job hunting more this afternoon then will have a good doss and watch the box tonight (if there's anything worth watching). Another exciting life here...
