I have personally had a steel as well as a aluminium frame fail on me over the last 25 years, so no material is indestructible.
These 'scare monger' videos are an insult to people's intelligence. If carbon was 'so weak' they'd not be using it more and more for MTBing (as well as aeroplanes!)

PS no cheap chinese frames on the video - so clearly "proof" that Chinese frames are stronger??
