Hi Guys and Gals

Just wondering how your day was today? Mine was busy but not too bad really - spent an hour in the sun on the parade ground but that was just drinking coffee and shouting at people really, so all in all not too bad.

How about you?

Had a great day.. Helped find a missing 9 yr old boy, took a statement from someone who was assaulted by his neighbour. Now I know that's not a good thing for him, but means we can go and nick the guy who did it who is a complete cock and thinks he can do what he wants on his road. Also helps build the bigger picture of what this guy is like.

Was in such a good mood I let a cyclist off for riding through a red light and a driver for parking on the zig-zags of a pedestrian crossing. Offered words of advice.

Now sitting here wishing I'd gone for a ride in the evening sunshine rather than watching the football.

Still a great day, and only one more day of work before off for 16 days with a week in Cornwall with the dog and the other half.

    Life IS good!

Had a great customer visit then bought a bike. Pretty good to be honest :D
    And the sun was out.

Cycled across Dartmoor in the sun, saw good friends, ate some nice roast pork, went to one of the best pubs in the country (The Bridge Inn at Topsham) watching the sun go down as herons fished in the river.

    A good day, thanks.

Finished work at 2pm then cleaned my bike as it really needed it with all the rain recently, started to watch the football then at half time went for a ride to take advantage of the quiet roads.

Bit of a last minute decision to go for a ride and about 6 miles in I realised I'd forgot my helmet

Don't know how as I never ride without it!
