Campagnolo Ultra10 Shifter Problem

My Campy R/H shifter paddle is sloppy on it's return from a change.
It still has a good click shifting up and down but the return doesn't feel correct
Any ideas?

    Warn spring?

    It could be something as simple as the rubber cover having slipped and fouling the lever on the return.
