its in foreign - what is a km :D

Stats are really good for one reason - to measure your improvement. Do the same run a few times and see how it changes, and it will change, up as well as down, depending on weather, your fitness, your motivation. The av speed is probably what I was doing when i got back into bikeling, although I road in miles - well done anyway - keep at it

momentarily from the herd and thinks for himself.

Sounds good to me, compare your stats over a few rides and watch the imrovement as your fitness picks up.

    Well done.

Get Strava to track and record your rides. It's an easy way to keep track of your improvement and compare it to other cyclists.

Keep up the good work! (refering to the usage of km/h here)

May be worth finding out what your climbing as your MPH is irrelevant until you know if its flat or challenging.
  • Bit of a mixed run to be honest
