Converting clamp-on to braze-on?

I’m moving a 2011 Athena groupset over to a Colnago Master that I’m putting together (my first solo bike build!). The front mech is a clamp-on and the Colnago takes a braze-on. Is there anything I can do to convert the clamp-on so it’ll fit the braze-on, or will I need to fork out for a new front mech?

    new / 2nd hand front dérailleurs are so cheap on ebay (I got a near new force one for £6) that it really isn't worth the hassle of converters etc.
