Specialized Ariel Bike, can you attach a Topeak Baby seat

I currently have a Specialized Vita Elite and I LOVE IT, But I can't attach a baby seat, so I am looking at selling my vita Elite and I love Specialized and want to get another one that will be like my vita. Do you know if the Women's Ariel will let you attach a ToPeak Child seat to it? Or any specialized Hybrid bikes that will let you attach one?
