First Wheelset for Trek 1.5

Hi guys first post, just need some advice on wheels.

I currently have a trek 1.5 triple 2008, I'm really tempted to buy Mavic Ksyrium Equipe Wheelset.

I don't need featherweight 100mph wheels just ones that are not gonna fold on me and are relatively reliable, could anyone please advise if these wheels are any good or recommend any other entry level wheels £300 budget for commuting and light touring with 12kg rack?
