hi all,can anyone advise me on where to get braided hoses for my elixir 5s preferably in green or white many thanks

Don't bother, they offer no advantage over the OEM hoses, which are actually braided kevlar anyway.0

Superstar sell coloured hoses, which on an MTB should always be black. Or if you want something colourful - black.I don't do smileys.

A common way of getting coloured hoses is to fit heatshrink over the hoses/gear cables. Works out pretty cheap since you can buy meters of the stuff for a few quid.0

found a website called mister shrink an e bay shop but looking at the ordering table etc i havent a clue what to order, diameter etc any help!! 0 -

So, try to get the smallest (un-shrunk!) diameter size that will still fit over the hose.0 -
im i right in thinking my brake hose would be about 5 or 6mm? if so im pretty sure they only go up to 5mm will this do???0

Measure your brake hose. Or, hedge your bets, since it's not (shouldn't be anyway) expensive, and get both.0

thing is they sell it in 6 metre off cuts last me a while then im pretty sure i should be fine with the 6.4 and shrinks to 3.2 0
