First time in 6 month

Been out on the bike for the first time since December, did 11 mile round hamsterley, not far i know but one step at a time. Soaked to the skin and covered in mud when i got back but boy did i enjoy it. :D

    You don't realise how much you miss it until you get back to it...

    yes it felt good to get back out, just need to get fitness and confidence back.
