I wanted to post to let you know about this bike shop if you live in or near Manchester called Keep Pedalling.
I have bought various bits and bikes from Rich over the years (he has worked in other MCR bike shops), and my mate just bout a Surly LHT from Keep Pedalling.
It is owned by Rich and Shona have recently opened a shop in Stephenson Square / Hilton Street in the Northern Quarter ..... I recently wanted to turn my single speed into a gear hub gear and he has taken on the job of fitting a Nexus 8 into a 120mm spacing (saving me from bending my frame!).
So in short they offer great service and are really knowledgable, a great plus for them is that Shona is really keen to make shopping in the store friendly for women as well, which is great as my girlfriend is learning to cycle and they are being very helpful.
So if you are going to get a new tool, need a very reasonable priced service (Rich is a great mechanic), or looking at buying a Surly, Salsa, Bobin, Civia, Dawes, Soma or Ridgeback please support this great shop!
Not really much of a reviewer or poster on the forum but I wanted to support this great bike shop!
