how to adjust shadow rear mech?

hi
anyone know how to fine tune a deore shadow 9 speed rear mech?
no barrel adjuster on mech . just h and l setting screws.
need to sort indexing . :oops:
took a few knocks on trail

    Use the adjuster on the shifter same as normal.
    "Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

    not used to all this new technology
    my other bike is seven speed :roll:

    It's exactly the same technology, just with one barrel adjuster to use instead of two.
