Hi - I am thinking of getting some shoes from Ribble but am not sure of exact size so I need to be sure I can return them. On their site it says -
Which is good but elsewhere it says -
At the moment there is an extra 10% off if you spend over £50 with code XTR10 - Does anyone know if that code would be classed as a Promotional Voucher (and so anything bought with it could not be returned) or is it just a Discount Code (and so stuff bought with it can be returned)?

You will not be reimbursed with any return postage or carriage costs.

Any online purchase is subject to the distance selling regs regardless of what their website says. You will be able to try them on and return if they don't fit however you pay the return postage (unless faulty).
I'd strongly recommend buying your first pair of shoes from your LBS to ensure you get the right size. Once you know what size in a particular make is right then buy online.0 -
Yes, you can return things bought using a code - done it quite a few times. Nothing to worry about at all.0

I agree too but just can't resist the chance to maybe get Giro Factors as they are normally way out of my price range so decided to take a chance on fit and risk the order.0
