Hello,
Just wanted to share a recent experience, to highlight not all online retailers are the same, so you shouldnt always choose the cheapest! Im talking particularly about.....returns!!
So ive got two similar Gore jerseys, both somehow with broken zips . Both a little more than a year old, so out of warranty, but only just. Both quite expensive.
The one from Wiggle, no worries I click the returns button on the website, return, they send me a new one and pay for all postage. No quibbles, no messing.
The one from Evans.....no returns button on the website, so I phone them twice, both times they're not interested at all, they suggest to contact Gore, but its clear they dont want to know.
So in future...I think its worth paying a little more for Wiggle if necessary!

I'm guessing there's warranties on all the jackets? (never owned one!) But I quite liked wiggles return service too. They used collect+ when I had to return shoes that were the wrong size. It was totally free!0

I blame Wiggle.I don't do smileys.

They can vary though - some of my returns to a company mentioned above has been painful!0

Didn't realise you got warranty on clothing. I take it its for anything, not just manufacturer specific?0

I think the warranty depends what breaks and on the manufacturer. If you're buying Rapha gear for example, they are supposed to repair even crash damage for free. But I would say for any brand if a zip breaks after 5 or 10 uses, that's not wear and tear, its defective!0

Never seen that coming ...
But you mainly get warranties on expensive jackets for zips, durability, waterproofness etc0 -
Returned some worn out clothing to Wiggles using the collect+ and it was replaced without question , I might send it back again in a few months when its looking a bit shabby or I fancy something in a new colour0
