Hello.

I intend to service the dust-wiper foam rings on my fox float 140s 2010 and was wondering if the following guide is correct for the FIT cartridge fork or are there any differences?

http://www.bikeradar.com/gear/article/w ... ork-25020/

Secondly before reassembling the fork should i be putting any fork oil into the lowers though the hole at the bottom to lubricate the bushings? The guide only mentions soaking the foam rings in float fluid and says nothing about adding oil to lubricate the lower bushings?

The oil table on the fox site would suggest i need 30ml of 10wt in each leg?

32) 2010-2012 FLOAT 130 & 140
(FIT RL & RLC dampers)
FOX Red 10 wt. Damper 33.6
FOX Green 10 wt. Damper-side oil bath 30.0
Spring-side oil bath 30.0
FOX Float Fluid Air Chamber 5.0

Thanks For any help

The mojo website seems to suggest 5ml in each leg?

    TL;DR

Bottom line is find the correct document from Fox themself and add that much oil.

The oil quantity chart is from fox but the mojo video is also from fox.

Im just looking for some reassurance its 30ml in each leg really as im inclined to go with the chart.

Also im assuming 10wt suspension oil is a suitable replacement instead of the fox branded 10wt stuff?

As long as you've got the correct chart from fox (i cba to look if it's correct for your forks, as this will matter), then follow that. The Mojo thing is likely to be generic/a guess/not really for your specific fork.

Oh and 10wt is 10wt, i've used motorbike stuff before, and Stendec Crystal fork oil.
