Hi Folks,

Just wondering if anyone has used this site for mail order. They have a decent deal on the Genesis Vapour bikes at the moment & am tempted, but just looking for some re-assurance on their reliability & return/warranty policies etc.

If anyone can give me a heads up I'd appreciate it.

I bought a Genesis Aether from them & everything was just whart you'd expect from an on line purchase. No issues & good prices. Only thing with buying on line is to make sure that you've got the sizing right. Th bike was great by the way.
