Who pays for bicycle stands?

Expensive bicycle stands and hangers are a waste of money.
I clean my bike on the washing line, they are called like thay for a reason!

    A quick way to f*@k up your lawn with all that oil and grease getting washed into it. :roll:

    I now have to bits of wood on a hinge on my garage wall - drop em down and secure with string job done.

    I know a bloke who can get you some killer decals to brighten up that frame :lol::lol:

    Ive got something set up in the garage aswell, but I dont want to clean indoors with the waterhose etc..

    Also if you dont overlube, the lawnll be fine.

    And I like my white PX frame just the way it is :D What kind of decals were you thinking of?

    I was just recently thinking about getting a bicycle stand for bike cleaning, then I saw this thread and... Im still thinking about getting a bicycle stand for bike cleaning. Nice innovation though :lol:

    I did ruin a patch of my lawn before, I think the white spirit I used to clean the chain was the kiler, now I put newspaper under the bike for that phase of the cleaning.

    Looks like it does the job for washing.

    Good luck doing any serious fettling with the bike swinging all over the place though. :lol:
