Rebound adjustment

Hi, I got my new bike yesterday and have been playing about but can't work out how to adjust the rebound damping. I have these forks http://www.srsuntour-cycling.com/dstore ... 7+air.html and understand that the red thing at the bottom adjusts them but when I twist it to decrease the damping it just unscrews and the falls out. Am I doing it wrong?

I have one of these forks sat in front of me lol.
As you turn it, keep pushing it back into the fork. There is about two full turns of adjustment.0 -
