Chain rings & cables

Bike re-birth coming along nicely but seems middle chain ring gone as has one of my shifter cables.

What chain rings will fit hollowtech mega 9 LX M751? Ate hollowtech 2 chain rings backwards compatible?

Also need a decent set of shifter cables - recommendations anyone?

Teflon lubed cable outers are the best, a favourite is jagwire (try ebay). And then any pre stretched inners that fit.
