Does anything compare to an Islabike?

Our son has had a Strider balance bike for a year and it's been awesome. He can now ride a pedal bike and we're looking for an Islabike Cnoc 14 or 16.

Does anything compare that isn't £200 delivered new?

    Yes

    But badly

A bit flippant, but they're the most popular bike amongst our parents - not to mention the kids. and the net annual cost when the time comes to sell on is probably the lowest of all kids bike brands

+1 to Mike Healey's comments, although a Ridgeback MX14 or MX16 is decent enough, cheaper and they go for much less if you're buying secondhand.

Whatever you buy, please don't get something he "can grow into".
