Campagnolo multiple shifting issue
The right thumb shifter (controls rear derailleur) on my Campagnolo Centaur powershift (2011) is shifting multiple times when I press the button once.
- Rather than shifting from 25 to 23, it'll go to the 21 with a firm press or quick flick.
- With a lighter press, it seems to jar and click numerous times and change 7 gears.
- Sometimes as I go to change, I can feel that the thumb shifter doesn't have much tension.
On a 10 speed cassette, I'm shifting from the 25 to 12 in about 4 clicks - it's driving me nuts!
Cables & indexing are fine.
Hood isn't obstructing thumb shifter
I'm assuming the thing is knackered - anyone know what part I may need so I can have a go at rebuilding it?

Not sure exactly, but sounds like the ratchet is fubar. If it's a 2011, it may still be under some kind of warranty.0
