Interesting. He hasn't had the same success since he left. Who knows? They certainly look quite pally there.

Who in their right minds would want to be in the whack shack?

Photos of Cancellara in that kit and trek have been so rubbish I hardlly have them or I have had to use B&W.

Spartacus races clean. Sky is not the program.

I suggest you read this over (doping chat starts a few pages in, last page turns a bit surreal)- viewtopic.php?f=40002&t=12858716

You and Bernie will get on well...

Only dopers can win the Dauphine and Tour back-to-back right? Isn't that what all the haters are saying these days?

Makes more sense than sticking with a hijacked vanity project.
Question is... Where will the Schlecks end up when contracts expire?

What, the tour is already over...

f*** me that was a long nap.

Also, IIRC it's completely not what anyone (other than you) is saying. What people are saying is that a sudden rapid spike in form from the Dauphine to the Tour is evidence of doping. So watch out for Andy Pandy maybe.
You live and learn. At any rate, you live

    BMC? Evans won't last forever.

I dunno, I just see one or both of them leaving the sport without ever realising their true potential.
Their dream project quickly turned into something it was never intended to be and they still haven't delivered. They won't this year and how much hunger do they have to carry on?
Any future contract would be good, but I think it wouldn't be quite what they might expect.

As for Canc' after all the work climbing over mountains in lead groups and dragging riders along the cobbles for them to still not deliver: I'd be looking elsewhere.

Mental strength is not to be underrated. It is one of the reasons Contador is the Great.

    That and rare steak...
It's a little like wrestling a gorilla. You don't quit when you're tired. You quit when the gorilla is tired.
