It just occured to me i dont have a shock pump and my bike never came with one.
Will be used on a rockshox sid.
Will a cheap one like this be ok? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Raleigh-MTB-M ... vi-content
Or anyone else got a recomendation of a pump? dont want to spend loads of money on one.

Looks a bit cheap (because it is) but will probably be fine.
If you want to play it safe, I have Halfords own shock pump - £20 - works fine, does the job, hasn't broken yet.0 -

I've the same pump branded as Beto and it's been fine. For the money it's a good buy.

Yeah - got the same one. Works well"Why have that extra tooth if you're not using it?" - Brian Lopes

If it's just for the front you really want one with lower pressure reading, like this http://www.merlincycles.com/bike-shop/a ... -pump.htmlSmarter than the average bear.0

huh? That Low Pressure one only goes upto 100psi. I've got nearly 100psi in my forks and I weigh 72kg. For someone bigger (or someone that just wants very firm forks) that would be useless"Why have that extra tooth if you're not using it?" - Brian Lopes

It's a decent pump. Most of the branded ones are just rebranded Betos or similar.I don't do smileys.
