In fairness though, this wouldn't have happened if he hadn't been wearing that helmet. I've heard they cause more damage than good.
Also, that video would have been 1,000 times better if after a minute someone nicked the camera.It takes as much courage to have tried and failed as it does to have tried and succeeded.
