Front Fox query...

Hi guys, I have a Voodoo Bokor running a Suntour Epicon fork with lock-out.
Can I change the lock-out to remote lock-out? Noticed the dial for the lock-out moves about quite a bit whilst riding and I do a fair bit of commuting on my bike so having it locked makes a massive difference whilst commuting.
So yeah, Can it be done?
Cheers.

I meant Fork, Spelling wasn't high in the agenda after a 12 hour shift.
Sorry spelling police.0 -
You are free to go. Just don't do it again or it will be time inside spelling jail for you0

Back to the topic?
Also, If I can buy the remote lock-out system, It'll probably be a bit pricey? Worth saving a bit and buying a better 'fork' instead?0 -
The Epicon is a decent fork, if you want remote lock out and you can convert it for not much money, I would do that.... though a quick Google brought up a couple of posts on other forums saying it can be done but can be quite expensive.
Not worth changing forks just for one tiny feature, you would need to spend around £200 to get any noticeable improvement on the Epicons and remote lock out isn't that amazing. Handy but not essential.0 -
Ah, FRONT fork? ALways worth specifying that, otherwise we'd have thought you were talking abotu the rear fork. Oh, wait...
Anyway. Why do you want a remote lockout? Sounds like your bike stays locked out most of the time, so what are you going to gain by moving the lever to the bars?0 -
Cluttery waste of space on the bars.I don't do smileys.

Well I use it for commuting on through the week, With it locked out on the road it makes a massive difference and I can't afford a second bike for commuting and I use it for trails on weekend...
I want a remote lock-out because the lever to lock/unlock seems to move about quite a bit, Bit of a pain in the arse but not a major problem.
Doesn't seem like its worth buying a remote kit and sounds like the 'fox' is a fairly good one so some tape will do to keep in place.
Unless if there's anyother way of keeping it from moving? Maybe some kind of cap...0 -
So you do have a fox? I'm confused.
There's probably a screw or something at the top of the lockout knob that needs tightening, if it's loose like that.0 -
