head tube angle - how much difference is 5 degrees?

I've just bought a set of 600mm bars to go with a 120mm stem I was given, will be fitted to my 04 Saracen Nzyme .

Might even fit some bar ends

I think anything under 700mm is classed as narrow by the cycling press, I've read a few reviews in which bikes have been criticised for having bars bars under 700mm.

660*90 here. Tried wider bars and a shorter stem and it made the handling iffy, especially on DH runs.
