Weather and riding conditions in Dolgellau

Leaving for Dolgellau on Thursday, planning to ride a day in Coed Y Brenin and some 'find your own way trails' in either Cadir Idris or Snowdonia, but am beginning to worry as the weather is so pants up and down the country. can anyone local or just visted advise on conditions please?
