1st service

the zen is going in for her 1st service tomorrow, what if anything will be "serviced" ?

    Whatever needs doing. Usually is just check adjustment, and adjust if needed.

    The mechanic will look at the bike where you left it leaning against the counter and if you are lucky, he may try the brakes. He will then move the bike to a slightly different position leaning against the counter where it will remain all day until you go to collect it.

    Well technically they should give the whole bike a check. The whole point is to check everything is working as expected and correct any issues found. Otherwise a small problem can turn into a big problem.

    If you have any niggles with the bike make sure you mention it when you drop it off otherwise they maybe missed.
