hi guys and girlies, i wonder if anyone can help.I own a 2011 Trek Session 88 with Bontrager Big Earl wheelset, it seems as though the bearings are shot on the rear hub. I've searched and searched for the bearing numbers online but with no joy, has anyone ever serviced theirs so have the numbers to hand, saved me stripping the wheels before hand
Dilema number 2: the bearings in the headset have also seen better days (Cane Creek Frustum SE Light Edition, E2) and im having major issues trying to source new ones online..... anyone?

You might as well just get a new headset. Superstar sell them cheaply.
Re hub bearings, email trek/bontrager or see your local dealer?0 -
Regarding the hub either contact Trek for bearing numbers or pop the bearings out and they should have a number on them. You'll have to do this anyway when you come to replace so it makes good practice.
Regarding the headset, have you actually obtained the bearing number for the headset or have you been searching online to obtain the bearing number. If the second then don't bother. I've tried to do this numerous times with biek components and never got anywhere. again just pop the bearings out of the headset and check the number.
Failing that just measure the inner and outer diameters and the bearing height and the angle if its a angular contact bearing.0
