After a 30 plus ride I suffer with a aching neck and can cause a minor headache when I get in, also can suffer still with the headache the following day. Could this be due to ride setup mainly with reach of bar/stem position?. Or could it be average/strong headwind straining the neck?.
Advice would be welcome.

Thanks.

Sounds like you're a bit low at the front end, and looking up too much - or need your neck crunching! A lot of stems can be fitted either way up - see if yours can be flipped to give a higher position, then see if the pain goes away.

If not, book a chiropractor

Usual cause of neck pain is a cockpit that is too short.

it could be bars a bit too low but most likely the wrong length. This means you have a a curve in your back and therefore your neck is shortened to allow you to look up..

Time to have a fitting done
